Our work spans grassroots training to support and empower marginalized community members right through to training and consultation work for the public and private sectors. We have four core work streams:

Our core expertise lies in how to better engage people and maximise participation. We run training on these methods for a variety of audiences; including community members and groups as well as public bodies and voluntary sector organisations who work with marginalised audiences. We believe these methods are the key to unlocking greater equality and that they have the potential to change the way people work for the benefit of everyone.
Get in touchWe frequently conduct consultation work for both public bodies and the voluntary sector. We are experts in bringing our participative approaches to bear in engaging those who are traditionally considered to be harder to reach and this experience enables us to bring the voices and views of these groups into focus to help better shape decision-making.
We run specific training focused on issues and audiences relevant to equality and diversity for both the public and private sector. These include training on disability awareness, asylum seekers and refugees and protected characteristics - among others.
